Those are nice free applications for screen recording. The big downside of them is there is little editing feature with them. I use DemoCreator to record and eidt my video tutorial. It is a helpful tool for me.

I know that some internet marketing gurus make it a point to use cam studio as it is free.
I’ve used it and it works great. If you’re starting out and don’t want to pay for something like camtasia, it’s a really good alternative.
